How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery in Lahore typically takes 1–2 business days, while other cities in Pakistan may take 3–5 business days.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a video recorded while unboxing. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
